My friends in Brazil tell me that everything has changed practically overnight, thanks to the work of many on the ground.

@elonmusk's morally courageous decision not to comply has emboldened the resistance there, and many egregious censorship attempts have been suddenly rolled back.

There is a real atmosphere of change, so that the bad guys are on the run. I hope this is true, and, if so, it should tell us something about the impact of individuals who stand up to power with a principled opposition. It is essential for preserving and restoring rights and liberties.
