Dancing with a weight vest on for 20 minutes a day fixed my posture problems.

In between short spurts of dancing in my room by myself (there are benefits to being a bachelor), I would stand at attention for 30-45 seconds and do nose breathing.

The lesson here? If you commit to your weird-ass systems long enough you might become more normal 🤤

Not only does your "Get Out" trick work for getting my mind off the imaginary world, it also works for my husband. When he starts worrying about what happened yesterday or what might happen in the future, I tell him to "Get out", followed by something useful to do - like walk the dog or mow the lawn.
