Did diversity bring incompetence OR did incompetence bring diversity?

I theorize that incompetence came first. And that incompetence was at the executive level. When faced with a mob of nitwits, they capitulated to their demands of things like removing criminal background checks for bank tellers, no SAT scores for college entrance, etc. That let the DEI virus into their organizations to kill the host from within. Instead of capitulating, executives should have told the nitwit mob to GFT, but using pleasant Harvard Business School language. By being weak against barbarians at the gate, they became overrun within the gates. The big lesson is to not be a pussy.

I don't find "we are a simulation" speculation interesting. Because, if we are a simulation, that just bumps the interesting questions up a rung: How did the creators of the simulation come to exist, etc.?

I understand some people find it interesting and fun to discuss, and I have no problem with that. I always found Nostradamus's writing to be fun, even though at the end of the day I didn't really believe they were predicting anything.
